Working in partnership with Goals HR Solutions and subject to our clients' needs we can:

  • provide an HR Health-check to identify any gaps and put forward recommendations such as drafting/revising/amending contracts of employment, advising best practice HR policies and procedures, updating on the latest developments in employment law, preparing letters and documents to deal with day to day matters, such as maternity, paternity, flexible working, managing a serious grievance, disciplinary or dismissal dispute, terminating someone's employment, managing a redundancy, dealing with a discrimination case, stress at work etc.
  • act as a business partner specializing in delivering practical HR solutions tailored to our clients' company's needs, budget, style, culture, size and stage of growth. The services we provide range from a full outsourced HR service through to specific projects focused on meeting a current requirement.
  • offer a choice of daily / weekly / monthly on-site visits from a dedicated HR Manager - at a time to suit our clients and to deal with their specific HR requirements.
  • offer telephone support from a dedicated HR Manager.
