Goals HR Solutions is a division of Goals Solutions Ltd, the parent company.
At Goals HR Solutions we provide Generalist HR Consultancy Solutions aimed specifically at small sized companies within the Essex area who may either have no, or limited, HR functionality; for instance, providing an HR health-check, advising on the latest developments in employment law, working on tribunal cases, or recommending Best Practice HR policies and procedures, designed to improve our clients' management control. We also provide Executive Coaching, Staff Counselling, as well as HR Mentoring Services. We tailor our solutions to meet our clients' HR needs. By acting as their business partner we are able to deliver practical HR solutions tailored to meet our clients' company's needs, budget, style, culture, size and stage of growth. The services we provide range from a full outsourced HR service through to specific projects focused on meeting a current HR need.

I am the business owner and lead provider of the business services. I have a clear vision, a set of values and an extensive network offering complementary services that drive me to work with my clients in a way that is inspiring, motivating and empowering.
I have been in HR for over 15 years. I have extensive experience and knowledge gained from working in HR in the Investment Banking and Legal Sectors in London & Essex, both in large corporations and small businesses. I have an MA in Human Resource Management; I am a Member of ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management); a member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development). I have a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy and an Advanced Diploma in Hypnoanalysis having been trained by Terence Watts at the EICH, Essex. I am a member of the UKCHO (UK Confederation of Hypnotherapy Organisations); a Licentiate Member of the APHP (Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy); and a Licentiate Member of the NCP (National Council of Psychotherapists).
I am qualified and competent in both Business Performance Coaching and NLP. I am hugely passionate about creative HR, Employment Law, Personal Coaching and Leadership Mentoring.
My knowledge and expertise of Employment Law have enabled me to save companies £000's by being proactive and commercially driven and thus able to sort out HR issues before they escalate to "the serious problem" stage.
My training and experiences in Coaching, Mentoring, Hypnotherapy and, Counselling have led me to believe that effective coaching, counselling and hypnotherapy need to take into account the person as a whole and not just by focusing on isolated issues. Successful coaching is about helping people understand themselves better, sorting out what is holding them back and ascertaining ways forward with confidence, whilst at the same time removing any barriers to progress. In addition, I have helped my clients learn how to use NLP concepts and techniques, thus improving their thinking and behaviour, which has led to an increase in their overall effectiveness both at work and at home.
