At Goals HR Solutions we provide Generalist HR Consultancy Solutions aimed specifically at small/medium sized companies within the Essex and London areas who may either have no, or limited, HR functionality; for instance, providing an HR health-check, advising on the latest developments in employment law, working on tribunal cases, or recommending Best Practice HR policies and procedures, designed to improve our clients' management control. In addition, we provide Executive Coaching, Staff Counselling, as well as HR Mentoring Services. We tailor our solutions to meet our clients' HR needs.

By acting as their business partner we are able to deliver practical HR solutions tailored to meet our clients' company's needs, budget, style, culture, size and stage of growth. The services we provide range from a full outsourced HR service through to specific projects focused on meeting a current HR need.

I am the business owner and lead provider of the business services. I have a clear vision, a set of values and an extensive network offering complementary services that drive me to work with my clients in a way that is inspiring, motivating and empowering.
I have been in HR for over 15 years. I have extensive experience and knowledge gained from working in HR in the Investment Banking and Legal Sectors in London & Essex, both in large corporations and small businesses. I have an MA in Human Resource Management; I am an active Committee Member of the SEE CIPD branch (South East Essex, Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development) and a MInstLM Member of ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management); I am also an active Committee Member of the London East User Group Employment Tribunals Service. I am qualified and competent in both Business Performance Coaching and NLP. I am hugely passionate about creative HR, Employment Law, Personal Coaching and Leadership Mentoring.
My knowledge and expertise of Employment Law have enabled me to save companies £000's by being proactive and commercially driven and thus able to sort out HR issues before they escalate to "the serious problem" stage.
My training and experiences in Coaching, Mentoring and Counselling have led me to believe that effective coaching needs to take into account the person as a whole and not just by focusing on isolated issues. Successful coaching is about helping people understand themselves better, sorting out what is holding them back and ascertaining ways forward with confidence, whilst at the same time removing any psychological barriers to progress.
